Shirlon Plastics has a line of custom plastic products for a range of applications. For over 40 years a large and important part of our business has involved the successful development of new products for a wide variety of customer needs.
Shirlon has the technology and the know-how for helping you develop rotational molded, vacuum formed products in wide range of plastic materials from basic plastics such as polyethylene, ABS, PVC, to engineered resins such as polycarbonate and nylon. Shirlon is also capable of supplying custom cut plastic sheets and other components to aid in the development of your custom project.
Component design and engineering, modeling, prototyping and production tooling as well as materials processing evaluations are developed as a fully tested package.
