Shirlon Plastics offers rotational molding powders in custom compounded colors, and specialty stone (granite) effects. Our powders designed and formulated for excellent performance and ease of processing in rotational molding applications. We offer our custom polyethylene powders in a range of different densities, melt flows, impact resistance, rigidity, and ESCR. Our materials include low density polyethylene (LDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), and Reprocessed Black (RLDPE).
We specialize in custom matching your current colour, stone-effect, metallic, or cooperatively develop a new look or performance characteristic that will differentiate your rotomolded product from your competition. Our Pantone plastics colour selection system allows you to be confidently creative with various colours while we use one language to specify and communicate accuracy.
Our manufacturing capabilities include size reduction or granulation of rotational moulding grade polyethylenes in different mesh sizes. In addition we have various different blending technologies that can be utilized for your particular application.
