Shirlon employs a 5 point quality inspection process which includes experienced design and engineering staff to support your product from start to finish.
- Inspect newly received Vacuum forming / Rotational moulding tool prior to production including documentation of mold inspection sheet. This ensures that tooling is sufficient to meet customer requirements.
- First off inspection and evaluation based on documented specification criteria.
- Each part coincides with operator and finisher procedures including photographs and references to critical Rotational molding / Vacuum forming part requirements.
- Quality lead hand on shift inspects each part twice within each Rotomolding / Vacuum forming shift.
- Final Packing & Shipping checks for any irregularities.
Quality Meetings with all company employees are held monthly for both Vacuum forming and Rotational Molding
